(I love me some Dennis E. Taylor, and I'd love for a Netflix series, but all his stuff comes off as super Marty Sue, and since I am the target audience thatmeans I can relate to his main characters, which I then sort of feel bad about because reading his novels basically becomes a form of self indulgence.)

On December 14, 2023 Apple TV+, announced that it had ordered a television adaptation of the Murderbot series. Alexander Skarsgård is set to star in and executive produce the series with Chris Weitz and Paul Weitz directing.
